Starting off 2021 like 2020

I've been reading a lot of stuff on the forums and from what I've noticed is when you have a problem with Xbox the community ambassadors attack you as if you're the problem. I get that some people are rude but it's not ok.

Long story short. I got banned. I'm not going to sit here and argue because one of them will tell me "that's what I paid for" or "it's in the code of conduct", but I don't know. I haven't been playing my Xbox as much now a days because of my fathers passing
but from time to time I'd play halo or pubg, and recently bought Mafia Trilogy. I love those games. Now, I can't. I looked at the enforcement action taken against my account and it said I was cheating. I'm not sure how that was triggered but I played some
Halo and Battlefield 12 hour prior to this ban. It's just wild to me that I don't know what's going on behind the scenes, and I'm sure the community doesn't either. Just reading TOS over and over to you pinning the blame on you. I'm going to see If I can get
ahold of enforcement tonight because you have to wait 24 hours to speak with them so we'll see from their. If nothing is resolved or learned then I have to sell my Xbox which sucks because it's that last thing my dad gave me.
