    Thank you for your reply. Only other game is Doom and it is fine. All other apps are also perfect. After I try to launch MSFS2020 it starts up with the usual screen but after about 20 seconds a message appears “The game has crashed. Errorcode: 0x0000005

    Could you copy the complete error it gave you because the string of characters you posted does not contain a valid errorcode. Errorcodes should start with "0X"
