Starting Back 4 Blood and the server is not reachable?

When I try to open Back 4 Blood I get an error saying "The server is not reachable" and to check my internet connection. It prompts me to open the support website but when I try to do that, the site won't load. The site is https://support.codefusion.technology/b4b_0dnaq29/?l=en-US,

I tried entering just http and deleting everything after the last slash but that doesn't work either. Please help!

Thank you for letting me know, P. Please check if there is an update available for your PC.

Settings > Updates & Security > Check for updates.

Also, is this the only game that you're having an issue with?

Kindly update it still as this usually fixes any issues on our Windows 10 device.

Please restart your router as well for 3-5 minutes then try to play the game again.

There's a Windows 10 feature update 21H1 available but everything else is up to date. I had no issues with Gears 5 or Age of Empires IV.

I have restarted both and uninstalled and reinstalled the program and I'm still getting the same error.

Hi, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regards to your concern.

Kindly restart your PC as well as your router for 5 minutes before trying to play the game again.

If that still didn't work, you may need to repair the game via windows settings.

Settings > Apps > Search for "Back 4 Blood" > Advanced Options > Repair > Restart your PC.
