    Starting Apparel Company


    Hello My name is Kendrick and I am starting a new apparel company that combines the love of gaming with the style of clothing from company such as Express, H&M, Old Navy, Gap.

    I wanted to use some of the elements of XBOX without actually having to use the titles XBOX and Microsoft. For example i wanted to use maybe the outline of the controller or use the buttons "YXAB". What would i need to do in order to legally use these elements
    in my shirts for sales.

    True, though they apparently do not have what I'm looking for. It's the same problem every time I look anywhere, it just takes me to a costume, or other AC apparel. I'm starting to think I'm never going to find one.
