Starting 03/20/2018 both my XBox Ones restart every time I start any game

Last night both of my XBox One's began experiencing the same problem.

Any time you start a game on either of them, they'll immediately restart as soon as it gets to the screen that reads 'press start' or the like.

Things that I've done:

Complete Factory Reset on each

One profile on each, different profiles

Different Power Supplies

Different Outlets in the house

Different Wireless Networks, including no wireless network

Installed different games on each (Assassin's Creed: Black Flag on one, AC: Unity on the other)

Unplugged everything (including all parts of the power supply, power supply from XBox, etc) and let it sit overnight.

Letting it sit for hours on the main screen

Using other apps like YouTube/Netflix (no problems here)

Yet since about midnight last night any attempt to load any game, whether one I have the disc for or a digital download, single player or multiplayer, XBox 360 backwards compatible or native, indy or AAA game, they *both* restart any time I get to the main
launch screen.

Again, this began at the same time last night and has persisted through today, nothing I've done has had the least effect.

Any ideas?

Controller and Network Issues after xbox one updated to the 10/11/2018 update (OS version: 10.0.17763.2023)

I recently upgraded my xbox one to the update that was released on 10/11/2018. After the update though I started to experience multiple issues that I hadn't experienced before. After the update my controller would disconnect from my xbox at random times
and wouldn't connect unless I would restart my xbox (and sometimes only after restarting multiple times). Then another issue after the update my xbox would randomly disconnect from my network and have no internet access, even though all other devices that
are connect to the internet remain connected to the network. The xbox would not connect again unless I restart the xbox (and at times I have had to restart the xbox every 20-30 mins because it would keep disconnecting). I have not experienced either of these
issues until after the software update on 10/11/2018. Has anyone else experienced this issue with the new update?

Ever since the download of MW everything seems to error out and time out. Movies especially. I am tired of restarting my xbox every 20 minutes. Can we get a refund of modern warfare and fix the issue that started this?

I'm having the same issue on my xbox one. Every time I start the game, it keeps reverting back to the start of the game.
