    Would it be at all possible to make it so my series X has the same start-up sequence and sounds that the original xbox had. Don't get me wrong, the new start-up is amazing, but I just really want to see a high definition version of the old start-up because while the start-ups for the newer consoles are amazing, they can't compare to the original. So would it be possible to give mine the old start-up and if so, how?

    We appreciate you reaching out to us. Depending on your platform and how you have you account set up, there shouldn't be an option for next. Let's try powering your console down, unplugging your console and router for five full minutes, and try that again. Afterward,
    removing your profile and adding it back again using the steps listed on this

    If you still have your receipt I would try to return it for another console. If not, I'd call Xbox Support at (800) 469-9269 and see if you can get it replaced. That doesn't sound normal to me!

    Tech Support had me unplug my console and plugged it back in. It worked

    Hey there!

    Once you have entered your password you should be able to simply click on the "Menu" button. That will be the button in the center with the 3 horizontal lines. Pushing that button will be the "enter" function.
