Start screen on Solitaire collection freezes

no problem fingers crossed its not long until they fix the issue

I can’t seem to uninstall Microsoft Store, so will wait and see what Microsoft come up with.

hi. im mel and im an independent advisor. there is a bug with the solitaire games since the last update. the only solution that has worked for someone so far is uninstalling microsoft store, then reinstalling it and downloading the games again. if this doesnt work then at the moment its a case of waiting til microsoft release a fix for it.

Do this procedure, I hope it helps: File cleaning: Simultaneously press Windows + R shortcut keys to open Run.
Type %TEMP% and click OK.
The %TEMP% folder will open. Permanently delete all files inside the folder, if some files are not deleted it will be normal as they may be in use.
Do this same procedure for the Temp, Recent and Prefetch folders. System Initialization: Press the Windows + R keys, type msconfig and click Ok;
In the System Configuration window, click on the Services tab;
At the bottom of the screen, check the box Hide all Microsoft services and click Disable all;
Now click on the Startup tab and click on Open Task Manager.
In the task manager window, on the startup tab, disable all non-Microsoft programs. Close task manager and click ok on system configuration. Restart your computer if prompted. (This procedure disables all third-party services and programs, if needed you can enable them again.)

Hi Fernando.

I have followed your instructions above but unfortunately it made no difference.

I couldn't find the Prefetch & Recent folders, but other than that, I followed to the word.

I still think is something to do with the MS updates that were installed today as it was working fine before they were installed.

Hopefully a fix will com
