    I have started playing starfield on my Xbox one via cloud gaming, I have checked my Internet and my connections are within what the games needs to run. For some reason though the screen keeps going black every few minutes for a few seconds I can't figure out why this is happening any ideas?

    Hi Kyle.

    Thanks for responding, I have tried sprit of the north seems a small game and there are no problems.

    I have tired all the tips I could find, I tried hard reset, change some of the tv settings my WiFi is 5ghz and maximium 250mps. Hdmi cable has always been good.

    I’m sorry to hear you’re experiencing this issue, have you tried streaming other games to see if the issue persists?

    Have you tried any troubleshooting steps so far such as restarting your router/modem?

    Try a couple different games, if it's only happening with Starfield it's likely a game-specific issue. In that case I advise reporting the issue to Bethesda: https://help.bethesda.net/

    Ok it looks like the problem its the game. I tried to stream on rocket league and went perfect on very high, no video or sound problems, but when i play gears of war 4 its so laggy even on medium and sometimes on low. I tried on apex legends and went a
    little better than gears, but still unstable.So i think my internet its not enough for these type of games

    That's very unfortunate! Connectivity is one of the most common yet limiting factors when it comes to streaming. Have you been able to stream on these settings before and the problem is only now occurring?
