Starfield saves will not sync between my pcs

Hi. This method used to work. Now I am two weeks into having the issue when nothing works My saves wont sync and this trick and any others just dont work and I can't play the game I had purchased.

This is absolutely terrible service and product. I just dont understand how hard can it be for a save to upload to the cloud and the other way around on another device.

This response is not helping anyone. Sorry to be rude but I have seen so mant standard responses from your support to this issue that its starting to be ridiculous.

Stop giving us script responses and tell us when will the issue with Saves syncing to the cloud will be fixed.

I play between two PC (but this issue happens between different xbox machines as well as between PC and xbox for others) And the saves just wont sync. Yet another evening ive spend trying to sync my saves to my other machine its taken 2 hours!!!! and no dice sill not synced. Couple of weeks ago its taken 3 hours before it would finally sync.

There is clearly an issue with the cloud sync in Starfield. But is Bethesda responsible for your cloud save infrastructure? Or is it Microsoft who is responsible for that? Maybe it is them I don't know.

So many posts of Reedit about this issue as well as on your forums and this issue is still not acknowledged.

Please give me meaningful response.

Thank you for getting back with the thread and truly apologized for some delay with my responses to your concern.

First and foremost, we appreciate letting us know of what the game developer support team's reply on the known issue of the game when it was newly launched. We agreed that it has something to do with cloud server congestion with the game that took time to synch the game saved data in different devices and our engineers are already aware on this and currently investigating.

For the temporary workaround, you can try performing the steps below which some users also tried and help expedite the synching of game saved data on multiple devices.

• Close the game window.
  
• Open Task Manager and go to the Details tab or to Open up task manager, press (CTRL+ALT+DELETE) simultaneously.
  
• Find gamingservices.exe, right click on it, and End task.
  
• Open Starfield again, and it should sync and open.
  

We truly appreciate for letting us know the problem and while this is currently investigated, the solution may not be provided overnight and giving you the best experience in gaming remains our top priority.

At this time, as you have mentioned this issue is persisting across all devices, this would appear to be an issue with Microsoft's cloud syncing systems. As a result, you may need to reach out to Microsoft Support for assistance, as their systems should be managing any form of cloud syncing, and they should be able to provide more information and better address your issue.
