Starfield restoring saves from a manual backup of the wgs folder. Save are not recognized.

If you can’t find these files, make sure to check the Hidden Items option in the View tab. If your save games are missing or lost, you might want to try restoring them from a backup if you have one. If your Minecraft world disappeared, first check for backups or previous versions, then please restore the world manually by navigating to the saves folder and copying the world folder.

If you have backups enabled (either manually or through a cloud service), look for the most recent backup and restore it.

And then system restore (Windows). To do this, right-click on the saves folder or the specific world folder.

Select "Restore previous versions" to recover an earlier version of the folder.

Next is to check the Saves Folder by navigating to the saves folder on your device. For Windows, go to %appdata%\.minecraft\saves.

See if your world folder is still there. If it is, there might have been a corruption issue.

i regularly backup my saves.

the majority of the store and xbox app games don't use cloud saves, you need to backup manually.

i use the following program to backup all saves on pc before doing a refresh. make sure to backup to a folder and copy that folder to an external storage area, then use the same app to restore them.

i take no responsibility for any data loss though.
