Starfield Redeem Code not working.

The codes are likely not active yet, as early access doesn't begin until Friday

You can use the Xbox app to download in the meantime, so you're ready and updated

I do hope that is the case, but that's not the response I got from the Microsoft Support live chat. They confirmed that the code was "valid and active," and were unsure what caused the error. I do have the game downloaded and ready to go, but if this code doesn't go through, I'll miss out on the early access period.

I don't pre-order games often, but I'm fairly certain you're usually able to redeem them prior to the game's official release, aren't you?

I'm in the U.S. and having the same problem, also with a Starfield code included in a Constellation Edition package purchased from Bethesda. I tried redeeming the code on my Xbox Series X console first, and received the error "ResourceNotFound

Tried redeeming the same code through the Microsoft Store on PC, through the browser (redeem.microsoft.com), and through the Xbox App. All gave the same "ResourceNotFound" error.

I contacted Microsoft customer support and did a live chat with an agent who confirmed that the code was active and valid. They suggested waiting 24 hours and trying again, so hopefully this is just a temporary issue.

Mine eventually went through, about 8 hours after I first posted here on August 29th, so the codes are active and able to be used (or at least mine was). Give it some time and try again. Good luck!

I also have this problem with the code I received with the constellation edition I ordered from Bethesda international. There are a number of posts about it floating around and I have not seen a concrete answer from either Xbox or Bethesda.
