Starfield premium version not launching game pass

Starfield premium version does not launch on Xbox x game pass. Just has opening screen. Will not launch into game.

Whenever I launch the game it comes up with a screen saying “you are too early” and I can’t play even though I bought the premium upgrade and have the game pass version of Starfield and I don’t know how to fix it

I am very sorry that you are experiencing this problem.

I will suggest that you do a procedure on your console, it will not delete any games you have on your console, however it will require you to enter your accounts again on your console.

Press the Xbox  button to open the dashboard.

Select Profile & System > Settings > System > Console Information.

Select Reset Console.

On the Restore console? screen, you will see three options:

Choose the option Restore and keep my games and apps.

After the procedure see if the problem has been fixed.

If the issue is not resolved I suggest you contact Bethesda support to report this issue you are experiencing with your game.

It's important to note that Starfield will launch on Xbox Game Pass on day one, so subscribers don't need to purchase a copy of the game.

Hey Ben, so the question they are asking, and also I am wondering, is will the "Premium Upgrade" apply to both versions of the game? Yes, we are aware that the game is available free on game pass and is available on both Xbox Console and PC, but that's not the question. We want to know if we purchase the premium upgrade on one device (which also allows us to play the game with earky access), will it apply to both my console and PC versions of the game. Will I get early access on both devices, as well as the DLC that is included with the premium upgrade?
