there's no option for cancel too, sorry for bugging you too much, can you cancel from your end, money didn't get deducted from my account tho and I'm unable to buy it again too.

In this case I suggest you cancel the purchase and buy again.

Access your Order History and find the order or pre-order.

If it is in your library, then you paid for it. You don't have to worry, I would also call your Bank because their might be a false fraud action on your card!
