Starfield on win11 64bit doesn't run now

Regarding your question, it is recommended that you follow the steps in the previous post to add full control permissions for the game path.

2. Go to Microsoft Store, search for XBOX GAME SERVICES and update this application.

3. Delete the game and reinstall Starry Night to another disk directory.

I look forward to your further reply, this problem has more to do with the compatibility of the game, I would like to ask you whether the problem occurs during the download and installation of the game, or during the running of the game black screen or flashback problem.

can you check if your machine is running 32bit or 64bit, as the app will only work on 64bit machines. some of the atom cpu's only use 32bit and yours maybe to old to run it.

unless your rocking a very very old cpu from the early 2000's then you should be capable of running 64bit, just upgrade windows to the 64bit version and then you can use more modern software.

You can upgrade to the 64bit version without needing to purchase another licence.

most installers are 32 bit, the actual program once installed will run as 64bit, remember older programs and games may run under 32bit.
