    Starfield not available on xbox app on 9/16/23


    Good evening,

    I have tried just about all the trouble shooting I could find for this issue. Starfield is showing up as unavailable in my xbox app on Windows 10. I even tried reinstalling the OS and re downloading all updates. Just resubscribed to game pass this morning, and no Bethesda games are showing up in the Xbox app - this included Starfield. Does anyone have a solution for this? Are the servers messed up?

    Hi there, my name is Gerardo and I'm an Xbox Gamer like you.

    Have you verified that the region and language of your Windows are correctly configured? I have seen that on many occasions some games from the Game Pass catalog or the Xbox app in general appear as Unavailable if you have a different region and language configured. Likewise, please check the configured time zone.

    You can check this on your PC by going to:

    Start > Settings > Time & Language > Region.

    If everything is configured correctly and the problem continues, I would greatly appreciate it if you could tell me which region you are from.

    Wow that fixed my problem. For some reason my region was set to Samoa. Changed it North America and everything is working properly. Thanks so much!

    New Xbox One S drops network connection when in Instant On mode

    I too am having this problem and have been for some time. It did it with my Xbox One S and now both of my One X’s. As soon as I turn my Xbox off, my router log blows up with these messages:
