    Keep getting this same error shows up on xbox app and Microsoft store whenever i try launching the game, I have a active Game pass for PC so don't understand why im getting it.

    I never would have thought to look at that, thank you my region was changed from the US and I was completely unaware, Thank you Gerardo!

    Hi there Shane, my name is Gerardo, and I'm an Xbox player, just like you. I'll be happy to assist you with any questions or concerns you may have.

    Have you verified that the region and language of your Windows are correctly configured? I have seen that on many occasions some games from the Game Pass catalog or the Xbox app in general appear as 'not available' if you have a different region and language configured. Likewise, please check the configured time zone on your PC.

    It is very likely that this is the reason, as I also see that the Game Pass and Xbox Cloud Gaming tabs do not appear in the upper left corner of your Xbox App.

    You can check this on your PC by going to:

    Start > Settings > Time & Language > Region.

    If everything is configured correctly and the problem continues, I would greatly appreciate it if you could tell me which region you are from.
