Starfield game froze and will not launch. How can this be fixed?

Have been playing starfield about 16 hours. Now for past 2 days it will not launch and only shows frozen screen of a planet. No buttons on controller will do anything. My game is on game pass. Please help!

Whenever I launch the game it comes up with a screen saying “you are too early” and I can’t play even though I bought the premium upgrade and have the game pass version of Starfield and I don’t know how to fix it

Ok I’ve done that, and it seems most people can play now, but I still can’t. On my brothers console, (a different Xbox) he can sign into my profile, and Starfield launches without the your too early message. But my console won’t allow me to. I think my console is the issue. How can I fix it?

- If the problem persists, you may need to reinstall Starfield. To do this, go to Settings > Apps > Apps & features, find Starfield, and click on Uninstall. Then, go to the Microsoft Store app, find Starfield, and click on Install.
