Starfield Constellation Edition - PC edition

Are you sure ? Because in the poster I didn’t see steam logo I just saw (GamePass - Xbox series X/S - PC game) so I’m not sure and what PC game means ?

I'm checking in on this question - because I now have this issue. I purchased the Starfield Constellation for PC, which comes with an activation code for Steam. I have activated my game and have been playing it since early release launch - but since this was activated on Steam, there is no connection for the game to be activated on Xbox/Microsoft Store. Without this, the game is not recognized as Play Anywhere.

Currently, I can only play the game on my PC unless I purchase the premium edition AGAIN on Xbox or the Microsoft Store. This was very much not clear when the Constellation Edition was purchased (the most expensive collector's option available) and seems to be a slap in the face of the consumers that purchased these for PC.

If it was going to restrict our ability to use the Play Anywhere feature, why were Steam codes sent instead of Xbox codes?

If there is a solution to this where I can utilize the Play Anywhere feature for Starfield since I purchased the Constellation Edition as a loyal fan, I would love to hear my options.

EDIT: There was apparently a Microsoft Store version of the Constellation edition that I was not aware of, or had forgotten about. So that answers all of that. Thank you to the responders.
