Starcard not responding

This year I have purchased: Injustice 2, Madden 2018 G.O.A.T edition, Starwars Battlefront 2, Cod WW2, Wolfensteing the new colossus, and a few other games through the Xbox store. while my Star card has gotten to about 3/4 full it has not gone over the
top even though 3 of my recent purchases were of the Deluxe edition 99.99 variety and one was of the 71.99(after the EA discount). I have also purchases 3 discounted games and Wolfenstein was the standard edition. I have more then met the $300 dollar plateau
but my star ranking does not reflect it.

my 15,000 points came through today. Thank you to whichever XBLR person fixed my first issue. Hopefully I get an answer about my starcard sometime next week

From the FAQ:

What content can I earn a % back on purchases for?

Normally, most purchases for Xbox 360 and Xbox One from the Xbox Store qualify towards your MyVIP Star Rank and % back on purchases, including full Games on Demand titles (excluding game pre-orders), arcade games, indie games, game add-ons, game Season Passes,
movies, TV shows, TV seasons, themes and avatar items. In-game consumables, Xbox Live Gold memberships, subscriptions like EA Access and Xbox Game Pass, Groove Music Passes, Microsoft Movies & TV Season Passes, and the purchase or redemption of Microsoft Points
or Xbox Gift Cards, still do not qualify.

Since some of your purchases were game consumables, and the majority of your purchases were pre-orders, those purchases do not qualify for MyVIP.
