Star Wars Rogue One purchased in HD on March 25 but no rewards credit

I posted an earlier question about my Rogue One purchase, however the post is now locked and I wasn't able to respond to the earlier comment: Join the Rebellion MyMission not credited yet

According to the support response I got, I didn't receive the 3000 points because I didn't purchase the movie in HD.

However, I did purchase the content in HD.

Look at my order ID (copied below): its $19.99, which is the price of the HD version of the movie. I've downloaded the HD version for offline viewing both on my XBOX360 and Lumia 950XL, which means I've purchased the HD version. I get the option to stream
it in HD from both my Xbox One and Xbox 360. I've loaded up my Movies & TV app on my HP Elite X2 and it says my purchased version is HD (screenshot attached below).

Also, I purchased it within the allotted time frame.

Based on the information, I meet all the requirements for the bonus credit.

Can you recall where you made your purchase? For example, was it on the console or through the PC? Was it made on the microsoft.com site or through the Store app in windows?
