    i bought the star wars rogue one on the 24th which was the day the promotion started for the 3000 points and still have not received my points. please fix this

    It takes about 96 hours for credits to show as pending after completing an offer. So it would be too soon to see the credits pending. Of you don't have them after 96 hours, you'll want to post in the support section of this forum.
