Star wars battlefront ultimate edition did not come with codes for season pass

STAR WARS™ Battlefront™ Ultimate Edition does not come with any kind of membership or subscription but it does include the deluxe edition additional content and the Season Pass, which includes 4 expansion packs with new content and maps for multiplayer.
This is all included in the
product detail description, "The STAR WARS™ Battlefront™ Ultimate Edition features the STAR WARS™ Battlefront™ Deluxe Edition and the STAR WARS™ Battlefront™ Season Pass, which includes four upcoming expansion packs filled with new content, two-week early
access* to each expansion and an exclusive Shoot First emote." You don't need to use the additional content if you don't want to, but there isn't a Standard version available for this game unfortunately.

You can cancel app downloads from the Queue by going into the games and apps library and then select "Cancel all" or press the menu button while highlighting the app and then select "Cancel installation". If the app is already installed, go to the apps section
and press the menu button over the app and select "Uninstall".

Ok first since it's a retail game not a digital copy your retailer and ea takes care of all that

2nd only time ms handles seasons pass for a game from a 3rd party would be if you bought it with the console and that would be only thru your retailer

Retail codes are handled thru retail

If it was opened box well what did you expect

Actually you can go to bestbuy

If something is missing from a brand new in box game it is considered defective

They owe you a new disk if you bought it new

Unless it is open box or refurbished then they have no responsibility for the codes for you

it was a sealed game...Why is Xbox support sending me here then?

so you think I need to fight with best buy on this ? My problem is I waited 10 days because that is what Xbox support had me do, like best buy will believe me now but I guess try?

Phone and chat support tend to send people to the forums when it's something they don't handle directly. But since it is a physical product, Best Buy would be the ones who would have to set up an exchange for you. Most retailers won't just refund a physical
disc, but they should be able to exchange it for the same thing.
