star wars battlefront 2 pre order does not work

hi,
I bought the star wars battlefront 2 pre order (standart edition) and i can't play that today, november 14th.
The pre order game was about to release but i cant play that. XBOX one presents that i have the game and that i did pre order the game but it tells that i too early and i will get it by november 17th which everyone will get it by this date. if anyone can
help me i would be very happy.
I am located in Israel.

The standard edition will be playable on the 17th.

Only the elite trooper edition is playable on the 14th

If you pre-ordered digitally you can just search for Battlefront II in the store and select the beta to download it.

If you pre-ordered the game digitally all you need to do is search the store for "Battlefront II" then select the beta and download. The message would have contained a spare code to give to a friend. One of the helpful support agents can help you with that.

I love Star Wars, can't wait to play Star Wars Jedi: The Fallen Order. Also liked Star Wars Battlefront, although it deserved a single player campaign, as in Star Wars Battlefront II.
