Star Wars Battlefront 2 Incorrect pricing displayed

Today I went to purchase Star Wars Battlefront 2 on the Microsoft Store page on my Xbox One. My wife and son were sat next to me and we saw that the game was marked 60% off at $39.96 AUD (give or take a few cents) because I have an Xbox Live Gold subscription.

I tried to purchase the game by clicking the ‘buy’ tab but an error popped up saying something along the lines of ‘there is an error on our side. If you wait it might get resolved.’ Initially I waited but after a few minutes I went back to the home screen,
found the game again, I clicked on the game and it was priced the same and I tried to buy it again. The same error popped up. I waited a few seconds and then clicked the Home button. I found the game again. This time, the screen kind of flickered for a split
second as soon as it loaded and the game was priced at $89 with a 10% discount because I have an Xbox Live Gold subscription. My son (and I were gutted) and so, my wife was also. Today the screen shows two prices instead of only one at $39.96 which it did
yesterday. The two prices are $99 and 10% off at $89 with EA Access (again give or take a few cents - as Xbox is in the other room).

I complained to Microsoft chat support but they could not really help me because they cannot find an issue with pricing for that particular game - although I understand there was a bit of chaos with incorrect pricing on add-ons with yesterday's Spring Sale.

In summary; my complaint is that there existed an error on Microsoft’s side in terms of pricing. The store screen displayed only
one price – 60% off because of Live Gold Membership at $39.96 AUD. I was told that this was an EA Access offer by live chat support. I dispute this as not only am I certain it was not but my wife and son also saw that it was a Live Gold Membership offer.
I am also under the belief that Microsoft store always shows the standard price and the EA Access price in order not to mislead (as that would contravene Australian law). There was only one price on-screen (and next to it was written 60% off because of Xbox
Gold Live Membership). I believe there is one of two things, either mispricing or a technical glitch.

I would like Microsoft to honour the pricing which they showed me for the game on the screen. I have been a member of Xbox Live Gold since Xbox came out and I would now like Microsoft to support me as they got it wrong. Thank you. I eagerly await a reply.
