Star Wars battlefront 2 Deluxe Edition DLC not on my Download list

I wanna play star wars battlefront 2 deluxe edition the rise of sky walker edition on Xbox one console

I contacted Xbox and I had to get a personal Agent to get this case escalated to the higher ups. They gave me a car number for the multiple complaints and gave me a service and reference number just I case EA didn’t take my case seriously. I stayed online on a live chat with an EA agent for almost 3 hours. The guy was asking me a lot of dumb questions that had nothing to do with my case. I’ve explained to the EA Agent multiple times that my case has been open for over a year now and nothing was resolved. There was a total of 20+ photos that I’ve sent for proof of purchase and my Email Address and Xbox account. It was a frustrating 2 in a half hours talking to this guy. He kept saying that my photos weren’t in the correct format. In which EA never update their website on how they wanted their photos to be taken. They only accept photos that come from computer/laptop and not from a phone nor console (which is kinda stupid). So after I gave him my Personal Xbox Agents reference number he (EA agent) started to take my case a lot more seriously. I told him that many others were having the same issue with EA about the Deluxe Elite Trooper Edition of the game and he started to do an investigation with the higher agents of EA. FUN FACT: EA had multiple lawsuits due to this matter, because EA was technically was stealing our DLC and shutting it down without a notice, nor a reason. So anyways back to the main topic here; After a long year of waiting I finally got EA to return my ELITE TROOPER DEULXE UPGRADE DLC back to my Xbox. After that the EA agent immediately left the chat without saying a proper goodbye or anything, in which it was really unprofessional from them. But overall I’m happy that I got my DLC back to where it belongs. If you guys have the same issue with this please be pushy with EA, never give up hope. You can’t get these skins no more since they’re only a pre-order bonus or part of the Elite Trooper Edition of the game. Happy gaming and may the force be with you!

I did when I got the Series X this happened way before that as well it’s been almost a year in a half now. This is kinda frustrating. I’m talking to an agent on Xbox.com to see if they can restore my DLC or something

Hi there Jean welcome to the community forum! Christopher here, an Xbox fan just like you and has been on Xbox for years already. I would really love to make your day by helping you out. Have you tried contacting EA support? I have seen many users with this incident, also have you tried logging off and on your Xbox? Sometimes licensing issues get solve like that and sometimes like this:

Open the Xbox Guide by pressing the guide button on the controller and select

Settings.

Select Network Settings.

Select Advanced Settings.

Under Change Settings select Alternate MAC Address.

Select Clear.

Allow the console to restart when prompted.

Weird! You could try recovering the DLC with a method that helps recovering saved data!

Recovering saved data depends on whether the console has already synchronized the deleted game to the cloud.

Try to go to a different console if possible (e.g. visiting a friend or neighbour with an Xbox One), and sign in with your account. If the game downloads your savegame intact, you can recover it.

If the console hasn't deleted the game from the cloud yet, you can go to My Games and Apps, move to the game tile, and press the Menu button.

Choose to manage the game, and there delete the local save game copy.

If you then start the game, it'll download the save state from the cloud, similar to when you visited your friend/neighbour.

If the savegame, however, is gone in the cloud as well, then there is currently no way to get it back again.
