    hi there, I've been buying things along The month so I could upgrade my vip status. 5 mins ago I bought a seasson pass to complete the amount requiered for the upgrade, but when I went to check my status, I saw that you have alrready changed it to The march
    set up. It's going to count for the star Boost right?

    I bought For Honor and there is no progression shown for my star boost. I did not pre order the game I bought it when it was released.

    It takes 96 hours for purchases to reflect on the website. Since it came out on the 14th, if you BOUGHT it on the 14th then today would be 96 hours. However, if you purchased it after the 14th then it would still take 96 hours to reflect.

    If it has been 96 hours since time of purchase, you will want to re-post your topic and change the forum type to "Support". Your post is currently in the "Discussion" forum which is NOT monitored by staff.

    Once you re-post in the Support forum, it will take 1-2 business days to reply. The staff works Monday - Friday from 9am to 5pm PST and do not work weekends.

    Support will check the purchase, but keep in mind that offers run on UTC time not your local time. So in some areas the offers do end earlier in the day than midnight.

    It takes us up to 96 hours to receive new purchase information. However, if you just recently made this purchase, then it would not have been in the month of February and would not have qualified for the offer. As Smwutches says, all our offers run on the
    UTC timezone.

    Hello Marso1,

    As stated in the tracker and FAQ for that offer, the extra star was not awarded until March 7th. We see that you were selected for the one star boost, not the two star boost. You are now currently at the one star.
