Standard edition of game downloaded even though I purchased the delux edition

I preordered the delux edition of battlefront 2 when it was announced you would get early access to the game and the beta, so when I look at the delux edition on the Xbox store it is asking me to pre order again, but the standard
edition of the game is showing as installed and pre loaded, this allowed me to play the 10 hour trial but I'm worried I won't get early access and will have been charged full price of the delux edition to only get the standard edition, I've spoken to Microsoft
and they have confirmed the liscense for the special edition is associated to my Gamertag, yet it isint showing as installed? And I can't see any of the dlc promised by the delux edition either?? Anyone else having issue??

I just pre-purchased it in the marketplace. $59.99 for the standard edition, and $69.99 for the deluxe edition.

Same here. Pre-ordered Deluxe and shows I purchased standard. Doubled check bank account and DL history/purchase history through Microsoft both show deluxe edition edition.

Yes, I'm having this same issue!! Standard edition is installed with the bonus content in grey when I go to character skins that suppose to be open! Yet, when I go to EA Access it says I own Elite Trooper Edition, but in Xbox store, it has the buy button
highlighted like I don't have the game! I know standard edition is suppose to release Fri. Nov. 17th, but I have my Nov. 14th access because I purchased Elite Edition, yet when I'm in game, I don't have my DLC bonus content for Elite Edition!!

The easiest way to tell if the account that you are signed into has the digital license for that particular game is to search for the game in the store and go to it and see if it requires you to purchase
it again or download.

If it says to purchase then the account you are signed into does not have the digital license for the game.

Make sure you choose which version of the game you purchased though too. For instance some games have the standard, gold, deluxe editions if you purchased the Deluxe edition and go and search for the game
and choose the standard edition it is going to tell you that you need to buy it.

Unfortunately, there is no way to upgrade the Standard Version of the game to the Deluxe Edition. You'll need to purchase the Deluxe edition as a standalone game.

Not sure if the Ultimate Edition is even available..I had a look at the Store here (UK) and it is only showing the Deluxe or Standard Editions for purchase

When you purchase a deluxe or premium edition of a game, you will always get the standard edition, the add-ons that come with it are always available in game or downloaded separately when available.
