Standard D-pad not available in XBOX Design Lab

Are you referring to Design Labs controllers or the standard controller?

Design Labs controllers are only shipped to certain regions.

Standard controller will be available in any region that the console is sold in.

I really like the Gears of War 4 Crimson Omen pad as well as the Sea of Thieves controller, the rest of the pads i own are all design lab.

Thanks for the reply! In regard to a Design Lab controller, they have a 120 day standard warranty, the Elite has a full year and any standard or other controller/accessory is subject to the 90 day warranty. Here are a couple of handy support articles that

As you're having an issue with a design lab controller, you may wish to go ahead and
request a call back from Xbox Support to see if they can get you sorted out in regards to a repair or replacement, or what they would recommend in this situation. Just be aware
that it may take a bit more time for servicing as Design Lab controllers are custom fabricated for each individual.

This worked for the standard controllers but does not work for the two design labs in question. The serial number from the design controllers says not recognized.

Xbox Design Lab is available in the U.K., France and Germany ,U.S., Canada and Puerto Rico and will be coming to additional European countries later this summer.

There's isn't any official announcement for an Australian Xbox Design Lab release date.
