Standalone xbox one wireless controller warranty

Standard warranty depending on what country you live in is 90 days.

If you feel that you are still within that 90 day period and you still have your receipt you can contact xbox support by going to support.xbox.com/contact-us and request either a call back or to chat with a live agent they will probably request you to email
them a picture of the receipt and they should be able to help you out there.

You will more than likely have to send the controller at your expense back to them and they would send you a replacement controller.

Most retail stores have a 30 day refund/replacement policy. If you just purchased your controller and are having issues with it, I suggest returning it to place of purchase for an exchange.

If this is not an option, Microsoft has a 90 day warranty on controllers. Visit HERE to contact support regarding your issue.

Try this Troubleshooter for wireless controller and if that doesn't help see about getting it replaced if still under Warranty
