Okay, so on March 18th, 2019 I played a game with a guy, Friday the 13th. Messages were exchanged, long story short, he broke Xbox Live ToS and got a week ban. Once his ban was lifted, he proceeded to message me once again. Messages were exchanged, I blocked
him and muted him.

He created another GT for the soul purpose of messaging me to get around his block/mute. I block that account...he creates another account to circumvent the block. I reported him for harassment. I had assumed he got banned for harassment.

Now 11 days after that, he begins to message me yet again. It has now gone from harassment to stalking.. Ive reported his GTs and his messages, to no avail. Its getting to the point where its becoming less of an inconvenience and has now moved criminal..

Xbox is doing nothing to stop people like this. If its not users spamming me, its bots soliciting live cam feeds. This is getting ridiculous!

Someone PLEASE help me! as Xbox ain't doing crap about this stalker.

Change your privacy setting to friends only. Don't accept any follow requests from anyone you do not know.

All you can do really is Mute-Block-Report, the enforcement team will do the rest

Hi ! You can change your privacy settings, if you want receive messages from friends
ONLY go to System > Settings, then choose Account > Privacy
& online safety > Xbox Live privacy > View details & customize > Communication
& multiplayer (https://support.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-one/xbox-live/how-to-manage-activity-feed-privacy)

I would recommend you report that individual and block him. This way the xbox team can review this and you wouldnt get anymore messages from him.

Sorry you have to go through this. On Xbox, there's not much else you can do other than mute, block or report. Ignore all messages; don't ever respond. If you feel like you're in danger, you should get law enforcement involved.

I've been through this a few times myself, and while it's very annoying, I kept blocking every profile they created. They'll stop eventually, some people are just more persistent than others.

Also, like stated above, you can change your settings to where only friends can send you messages. It might help temporarily until you think they've stopped.
