Stalker/Hacker

I have been playing Forza Horizon 5 for a few months now. I have 2 separate accounts on the same system. I have encountered vehicles floating above buildings, other players piling up cars on the freeway, microphone feedback on 2 occasions with same players (unnamed and unnamed) that have since then been causing an issue with a whisper feedback. The Teotihuacan ruins is a love story and after grouping with those 2 people I can hear a man whispering,( I love you and my love and saying my real first name), at random places across the map. I haven't even finished the quest for those ruins on the second account (a test account) and I heard it all the way on the other side of the Caldera mountain. Now, I also hear it when I'm in the garage at Playa Azul. Is that a part of the game? I have over 70 recorded items of documentation. The voice, and of gamertags watching and being in my path as I circle the map. I even have photos of the floating vehicle that I posted to the Forza community and no one even addressed it. I have Autism and recently left an abusive relationship in January. This is really an issue, because this is my stress and anxiety relief. I also received notice that someone was trying to access my Microsoft account yesterday, from a phone brand I don't even own, but I have 2 step verification on. Not sure if they have access to the recovery email. This is getting old. How can they hack or stalk both accounts on the same system (Xbox S, not X) when I purposely entered different info to document this problem? And, if it isn't through my LIVE account (although, there's the code someone tried today) then how are they accessing the server to my account/s? On the same XBOX! As a person with a disability and the man whispering I love you, my love, and my name... this constitutes stalking. What about all of the kids who play this game? A sexual predator who can gain access to our information! Any ideas? I can't afford new equipment for them to hack it again. I don't know the exact date when it started. I didn't save the messages from the first convoy. But, I have documentation from the past week straight. I had more, but it got deleted when I tried to upload it to my OneDrive.
I managed to speak to a live agent at MS about it, but all they could do was tell me to update my security info etc. Well, duh? I've sent this very report to Forza. I was told by MS to contact enforcement, but wasn't given a case number or means to do so. Just the website. Has anyone else encountered this issue? The only thing I've ever found was a guy who had the same feedback issue in a convoy too. After that, he could hear a guy in his account. Called him the Microsoft or XBOX guy.
