Stability of Xbox One Online Gaming is a Farce

Since I have owned an Xbox One; I have experienced more single game disconnects then I ever have, with any gaming system ever. It blows my mind, with the money Microsoft brings in, it continues to massively struggle with connectivity issues. Playing TitanFall
is a testament to the enormous struggle of Xbox One Live Connectivity; give it a try, play TitanFall for 1 hour. Simply 1 hour of gaming and you will get randomly dropped from a game, guanteed. My modem sits directly beside my Xbox One and is hard wired in.
I receive up too 150mbps DL and stream HD video flawlessly. It's not my connection problem, its 100% making me want your competitor. Not only just want it, but be able to give a pretty confident review to my friends/fellow gamers about your system. In my opinion,
Online gaming for serious gamers with Xbox One is a farce.

Titanfall release day

I think on xbox one the had some issues that were fixed within 30 minutes There was never any doubt about xbox live suffering any major issues. Xbox live is the place for online stability and online gaming.

 

Is there just too much jammed on xbox?

I find our three Xbox One S consoles to be very trouble free, especially when compared to our gaming computers (which are a constant source of frustration).

While nothing is perfect, and things can always be improved, consoles provide a good balance of performance and stability.

I'm with Apocacide. I don't think i've been booted from a game yet. I'm not hardwired and i'm a floor below my router. I also stream HD video.

 

Okay I'm exaggerating slightly...

It doesn't actually happen every hour, and I can play for hours without disconnect - but I don't get the random disconnects; which I would say has happened more in Tfall then any other game/system combo.

Perhaps you guys can help me out by answering a couple quick Q's:

- Are you currently part of the Xbox One Preview Updates Group?

- Have you experienced a random drop ever, while playing Tfall?

 

I wish I could edit the title in this thread... If both of you answer 'No' to the first question I think I know the problem and it's unbelievably frustrating.

 

It is a little unstable with [tag:Titanfall]....but I have only been booted mabee 4x's since launch. And its only with that game....the rest of the XboxOne titles run great

 

Admittedly, this title was created during a rage quit and is exaggerated. Other titles and video sources have worked perfectly.

No problems here am getting 164 meg ping sat nicely at 4/5 and jitter 0

great online connection for me

 

Mine runs fine , Never been booted from a game and I have crappy internet , 4.5 down and 0.8 up lol .

 

While we are discussing connections. I have a average 30 down and 8 up with no packet loss, BUT my ping/latency is always like 80 something. Weird.

 

Never lost connection to a match once here in maybe 50 hours. 75mb down, 18 up, Sky Fibre Pro
