    Received a redemption code when I bout a new XBOX1. I have been sent to Wal-Mart. (NOPE) I have called support and provided information. Told I would be called back (NOPE) Just got a note today saying they were closing the ticket.

    I NEED A NEW CODE. THAT IS IT. EASY TO RESOLVE.

    PRIZE NOT ARRIVED YET?!? Tomb Raider Contest Champion!

    Hi,

    Back in April, I entered the Tomb Raider Trivia Contest, in which I surprisingly won the grand prize. The link is provided here: http://www.xbox.com/en-au/contest/tombraider

    As you can see when you visit the competition website, my gamertag is displayed as the grand winner. It has been over 3 months now and I have had no contact of any sort from the promotion, besides an email which told me I had won and the information that
    was required to reply to the email. I have replied to the email several times and no contact has been made. I have talked to xbox live support and they can not help me as supposably they do not have any information about the competition, and they only support
    it.

    If someone could please help me so I could get some sort of contact information with the promoter, that would be awesome! As my prize should have arrived by now after three months of waiting.
