Based on this chat transcript, and your reference of "one to one" for points, it sounds like you are confusing our Xbox Live Rewards program with Microsoft Rewards. The references to Microsoft Rewards points as well seems to indicate this. Furthermore, upon
reviewing your account, I see multiple Credit and deposit events for your account from our program. You can see a lifetime record of your account from the MyStatement section on the MyRewards page, sorted by lifetime events. You can also confirm these deposits
as usable currency from your commerce page at (Sign in to your Microsoft account). Your deposit will be listed as a refund with a negative amount, since we are adding and not removing funds. I see that your purchases
have been accurately Rewarded; since in-game consumables are not eligible for MyVIP, and make up the majority of your purchases over the last few months, the only way to award those purchases is for your consumable purchases for Free to Play games, which is
a part of the FREEdom offer. If you are asking about Microsoft Rewards, you would have to contact their support from the Microsoft Rewards page.

Fyi please dont list sr numbers in public forums noone except for support can see them anyways and if someone calls with that sr number they can find out personal info like your name
