    Reference numbers are only used by phone/chat support so no one on the forums would have access to that information. If you can post more details of what happened when you tried to make the purchase that would help, but if the game is no longer on sale,
    it would no longer be possible to get the game at that price unless it goes on sale again.

    So, do you have another cable you could try? My guess is that the cable might have worn through near the plug (the most vulnerable spot).
