    Those codes were sent at random and to different accounts for different reasons, so not everyone received one. There's no way to know why one account received one and another didn't. If you didn't receive one, then you were not chosen to receive one.

    I'm seeing the same thing.

    Eps 3, 4, and 5 are 200 MS points, so I snapped those up. Episode 2 is still 400 MS points according to the link from
    www.xbox.com/.../spring-sale

    I assume that this'll get caught sooner or later.
