    SPOTIFY WONT START

hello, so ive been having this spotify issue for about 4 months now. i load the spotify app up, it comes up with the spotify logo on the screen... the logo disappears and im left on a grey screen.

after a while of waiting it tells me that there is “no network detected” and that i should check my network to connect to spotify. but my network is fine. my gold works, my games work, everythng works. i can connect to spotify from my phone but thats half
of the experiance because i would like to use the xbox app not the phone app.

please please please help me out.

ps. ive uninstalled, reinstalled, updated the app. aswell as hard reset several times.

    :)

    Xbox Music Service Down?

I'm still having this problem... I might just start buying my music from iTunes and stream from Spotify. This is ridiculous. The service doesn't work on my iMac, Windows Laptop, I tried going to class and using their WiFi, I used the school computer, and
worst of all, my WIndows Phone 8 wont even let me stream or purchase music from the Xbox Music store.
