Spotify Premium Message

A few weeks ago I received a notification about the Spotify Premium code being sent to me. Having recently decided to get the most out of the deal, I tried to locate the code by checking both through my emails and my Xbox beta app notifications, but couldn't
seem to find it. I may have accidentally deleted the email, but couldn't locate the notification on Xbox as it may have also cleared. If I could have the email/code resent to me, or if someone could tell me how I could access it another way, I'd be grateful.

Hi Jordan,

Thanks for coming to the forums. There also could be a Xbox live message with the code. If not you can request a call from a support agent and they will be able to assist you.

When you go to Contact Us,follow these steps to request a call from support:

Step 1 ----click on Contact us
Step 2 ----under what you having trouble with select Subscriptions & billing
Step 3-----under what is the issue I can't redeem a code then hit next

Step 4 ----scroll down to select request a call

Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives request a call from support as a contact option.

Hi Aloxx,

Have you ever had Spotify Premium before or taken advantage of other free Spotify Premium offers? I believe that the Spotify Premium offer is for new users and users who are on the free version but have never tried o4 upgraded to premium before.

I bought game pass ultimate and have not ever had Spotify premium and if the Spotify deal is over whats the point in getting premium?

Your code for 6 months of Spotify Premium will be sent via email and the Xbox console message center following your purchase of Xbox Game Pass Ultimate or Xbox Game Pass for PC (Beta). The code must be redeemed at the Spotify website provided in the message
or email.
