    spotify music makes game audio cut out(silent)


    when i load up spotify and play a playlist i then go and load up one of my games which as when i get to the main menu it is silent no game music or nothing but the music is fine however the dashboard audio still works. i even tried
    youtube and guess what? every video i went on there was no sound at all. This has now been happening 3 days for me and im wanting a response if anyone knows whats going on.

    Spotify Audio Issue

    When I launch Spotify while playing a game, it cuts off all game audio. It used to play both Spotify and game audio. I want to be able to listen to music while hearing what is going on in a game.

    good game, as others have said a little glitchy, audio cut outs, also played several games online and had background music but no sound effects.

    spotify music makes game audio cut out(silent)

    In the guide, with Spotify running and playing music (and maybe with a game in "focus" on screen), click on the Spotify icon and you'll get some media controls. It sounds like your volume balance is set all the way towards the music end of the scale; bring
    it back towards game volume (the controller icon) and you should, hopefully, start hearing game audio again.

    Hi there!

    Please check that Spotify isnt trying to play the music out of another device such as mobile, or laptop.

    I would reccomend loading spotify up on your mobile and then selecting to play your audio via xbox

    I turned off the extender and the audio improved greatly. I could still hear a few cracks, but they were very minimal and silent. I turned the extender back on and immediately after it started up the audio starting cracking and cutting out like it was
