Spotify login on xbox

I am trying to open Spotify, but I am greeted with the “check your network connection” pop-up screen, even though my consuls are connected to the Wi-Fi. This has happened ever since I changed my password to Spotify and it’s also doing the same thing for SoundCloud on my Xbox can anyone help me out with this?

Please, reset your console.

You can follow these steps:

Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info.

Select Reset console.

Select Reset and keep my games & apps.

Actually the Spotify code is only for new Spotify users as well. So pre-existing accounts would not be eligible. You can find more information and the terms of the offer at https://support.xbox.com/billing/xbox-subscriptions/spotify-and-xbox-game-pass-faq

You can use Spotify while playing Forza. Just use the Spotify App on XBOX.

I just want to know if spotify is coming or not, if its not im canceling my spotify sub. and moving to xbox music

Dont know if this post fits here or not but. Ive done the xbox spotify deal and havent received my spotify code. My account has never had game pass ultimate, game pass for pc, or spotify premium. So I am unsure why i have not received a spotify code
yet.
