    On xbox game pass ultimate I was given Spotify premium for 4 month and ive clicked on the link both on xbox and mobile and it either won't work or just says I'm not eligible, what do I do?

    That because it has to be a new account without premium

    Or trial premium which you get automatically when creating an specify account

    You would have to create the account literally as you redeem the perj

    I have the same issue (except mine says.... Bad request) and I've checked my Spotify receipts just to double check and there's nothing there... I checked my emails too and there's nothing there saying I have had premium before
