Sporadic Xbox Live Disconnects

Today late at night I was playing Black Ops and every 5-10 minutes I would get disconnected from Xbox Live. It's not my connection as my Xbox One will still be online and I can chat in the xbox one party chat. Not really sure what is causing it. I am gold
sharing on a silver account. Both mine. Earlier my xbox one was disconnecting telling me it couldnt obtain a toredo ip.

Doesn't work at all now.

It will not connect to the server at all now. Used to be sporadic disconnects but now it's gone. All of the other games work.

I'm having an issue with my wireless after the recent update. Nothing in my house has changed other than the new update. When I turn my console on, 9 times out of 10 I will get the "Can't connect to Xbox Live" message. When I press test connection, it does
one of three things. It either connects to Live before I can even test, or it finds my signal and the test goes through flawlessly, or it can't find the signal right away, causing me to wait a few minutes. Then I will get randomly disconnected throughout the
day, only to be instantly reconnected when I press connect to live. I wasn't having this issue before, and I've tried all the start here suggestions. Any other suggestions?

 

The teredo IP error could be playing a role in this. Which router and modem do you own? Having the brand and model number for both would help us narrow down the issue a bunch!

 

I believe its a Asus RT-AC68U. We've had this model for

more than a year now, but this issue has just popped up over the past few days.

What account is having the issue? The account you are posting with or the silver account that is sharing your Gold on Xbox One? Keep in mind that the Home Gold Sharing DOES NOT carry over to Xbox 360 and backwards compatible games, since it is not a feature
on that console.

 

I have been playing on my silver account. I have both signed on, but only the silver account signed on in the xbox 360 dash. I've been able to play on it for hours like that, but lately my xbox live connection has been wonky on black ops 1 (high ping & random
disconnects from live.)

 

Have you tried re-downloading the affected profile to the 360 emulator (launch any backwards compatible title, and press the Menu and View buttons at the same time after the 360 startup, select Download Profile). Try this out and let me know how it goes.
