Splitgate will not start whatsoever.

Hello! I have wanted to play Splitgate for a while, and since they resolved the queue problems, I decided to open the game for the first time so that I could see what it was like, because my first game was Halo Reach in 2011, I was pumped.

Then to be greeted by the error code "0x87e5000a". So I keep relaunching the game for about 20 minutes, then I give up to go play other games with my friends, because it will usually just resolve itself while playing on my Xbox.

All of my friends have logged off and I decide to try and launch the game and try to play. Then greets me with the same error code, so I hard shut-down the Xbox 3 times, still didn't work. I regularly restart the console by holding down the big X button on my Xbox controller, I do that 2 times. Still nothing.

I then uninstall the game and reinstall it onto my external hard drive, since all of my games are stored on there. (Seagate External Xbox Gaming USB 3.0 HDD 2TB) It finally finishes installing, and I go to launch and I wait.. Same error code. "0x87e5000a" , I have practically recognized the error code by now because I have seen it so many times.

Anyways, I move the game to my internal hard disk, and I wait about 5 minutes, then I go to launch the game again, same code. "0x87e5000a". I restart the console so that it can get a refresh on everything. Same. Code. "0x87e5000a".

Please help me. I have tried almost everything that the Xbox website has told me. I just want to play Splitgate.

New problem. When I did this, the game launched, and when it launched I started up a game of casual, and when I loaded into the game, my Xbox completely shut off on me. This was also happening when I was in the tutorial stage of the game. The Xbox completely turned off 3 times before this 4th occurrence.

Anyway to fix it? It is currently on my internal storage drive, and I am playing on an Xbox One S. I just want to play the game and my Xbox keeps shutting off.

Also when it is turning off, I turn it back on, and it chimes and I have the chime feature off on my Xbox, and the chime makes a very scratchy Xbox on sound also, just thought I should throw that in there.

Can you unplug your external hard drive and Please Turn off console > (press and hold power button for 10 seconds) unplug everything from the console > wait for 2 minutes and plug everything back > Turn On the console.

Once done, please check if the issue still persist while the external hard drive is unplugged.

Rime was a slow start, but I'm really loving it so far. It's my first game that has no instructions or tutorial whatsoever.
