Split Screen Issue

Xbox (Series X) has been working fine today until I turned it on again and the bottom half of the screen was shifted across horizontally.

I've found if in Settings, General, TV Display Options, video fidelity and overscan, I turn the Display setting from Auto to Hdmi, then I get the whole picture together; BUT now the picture constantly jiggles up and down a pixel or two, looks terrible. DVI the same effect, even worse.

Then it got weird. I put it back to Auto Detect, and the picture is fixed! BUT; the jiggle is worse than ever! Have to call it more of a shimmy now, two steps up then two steps down.

I also tried various HDMI cables that worked for other devices and I tried using my monitor for a display, but were consistently not resolving this problem for the Xbox.

The video is split when it is in 4k mode, but jiggles when it is not.

Would you please advise?

to add to the earlier message, also maybe you need to be online for the 4 player split screen to work? does the game state that 4 player split screen is available?

The system and the game (COD: Black Ops 4) are fully updated.

A little more info may be helpful here:

What game is it?

What console do you have? (OG XBOX One, S or X?)

Is the console fully up to date?

Have all game updates been applied?

There could be known issues with the game depending on the version of the console you have

I am having the same issue!!! Only happens when playing split screen, we keep getting kicked back to the main screen/Xbox One Home screen, at the end of each multiplayer match.

I just chatted with Activision and they said they would submit a complaint. I guess we'll see what happens.
