Split Screen (Insane) Mob Lag

I recently installed MC and started to play split screen mode with my girl but every time we are in the radius of at lest 2 &1/2 chunks together every mob in the game starts to lag intensely. When you hit a passive mob they go everywhere on screen (including
in the air and in blocks) and when a hostile mob is hit the same thing happens except they go invisible afterwards and kills you. I tried to uninstall and reinstall the game to deleting worlds I created and different sized maps but still the same glitch. The
interesting part about this is when your far enough out from each other all the mobs in the game seem to be fine .I don't know what caused this and would like to know if anyone else is having the same issue or has a solution to it?

Update and Gameplay Issues

Same with me. After the update and in case of split screen multiplayer the mobs starts to act weird (fly, go through walls, etc.)

 

Anyone having problems with the game???

Can anyone tell me why i'm getting lag when i'm playing split screen with my kids?

I can see it sending and recieving data, and it lags like mad.

What the hell is that all about? We don't even need to access the servers to play split screen.

This is crazy, I tired given it another go today so I uninstalled then reinstalled again and it's glitching even more then before. If I get hurt by a mob it would cause the screen to shake rapidly as well as not having any response to movement, only the
inventory and start button works. I just got my Xbox a few days ago brand new along with the game and from day one problems keep increasing...I really hope someone finds a solution to this I'm about to start asking around or at least get intouch with an developer...

 

4J is already aware of the issue. They're working on a patch and (I'm assuming) it should be out within a week or two.

 

Lost my horse in the ground this way! Reloaded the save and it appeared normally above ground. *phew*!

 

Thanks for the update Eggnogga, I just looked at their Twitter feed and they are aware of the bugs it seems. Looks like we are going to have to be patient for the time being...

 

Phew! Thought it was just my game that was broken. Pretty annoyed about this as I only just got my Xbox One and Minecraft and son and I have been trying to play.

Fingers crossed for a quick fix

 

Oh almost forgot, until they fixed this you can turn online mode on and that seems to get rid of the glitches for now!!!
