    do have gta 5 and battlefield 4 on disc if you do try to replace them . if you have the digital version of these game try to call Microsoft

    try to power cycle your console for 10 seconds then wait for 30 seconds or power cycle your console for 10 seconds then unplug for 30 seconds you can also uninstall your game . I had a similar problem with my xbox one with my forza 5 disc game it made
    my console freeze on me and crashed on me then I power cycle my console then my kinect stop working on me so unplug my kinect then I plug it back in and it working again I had this problem few days ago to my make story short I replaced my forza

    try to play a different game to see if you have the problem if you do you might want to send your console in for a repair
    I can play any game other than gta or battlefield 4
