Hallo,

leider kann niemand meine Verbindungsprobleme der Xbox lösen - hab schon alles probiert.

Jetzt habe ich Diablo III installiert und die Xbox möchte ein Update von 8 GB machen. Mit den Verbindungsproblemen von meiner Xbox würde das den ganzen Tag dauern...wirklich nervig.

Daher die Frage: Ist es irgendwo möglich das Update online (mit dem Laptop) runterzuladen und dann via Stick auf die Xbox One zu ziehen?

Sorry to hear it. You can only download the update via Xbox. Please post what you've tried so far along with what your connection speeds are (up/down/ping). You can get this info by running a test at
speedtest.net.

In the meantime try connecting your console via an ethernet cable to see if that helps.

Also alles was du geladen gattest, kannst du wieder kostenlos laden über den Downloadverlauf.

Guide Button, rechts blättern zu Kontoverwaltung und dann Downloadverlauf.

Bei Problemen solltest du auch mal den Festplattencache löschen.

ok I have fixed my problem.........I had a back log of updates on my laptop so restart your laptop/PC/Tablet to install the updates then after that you should be able to access xbox music......turns out one of the updates was FOR Xbox music

Beispielsweise kannst Du über den Xbox Wireless Adapter für Windows 10 oder via Bluetooth den Controller drahtlos mit Windows 10 Verbinden. Bei Windows 7/8.1 wird diese Art der drahtlosen Verbindung "nicht unterstützt".

Ebenso wird angeschlossenes Controllerzubehör (z.B. das Chatpad) nicht über eine Bluetooth Verbindung unterstützt. Über USB oder Xbox Wireless Adapter jedoch schon.

Über den Wireless Adapter und USB Verbindung kannst Du den Game Sound an den Controller und ein dort angeschlossenes Headset übertragen. Über Bluetooth kannst Du nur Sprach Chat an das Controller Headset bekommen. Und unter Windows 7/8.1 geht generell kein
Game Sound über den Controller.

You can listen to game sound through a headset connected to the controller only via USB or Xbox Wireless Adapter. But via Bluetooth only voice chat is supported. And on Windows 7/8.1 game sound isn't possible at all through the controller.

While it is hard to compare a PC/Laptop to an Xbox One S because of the hardware architectural differences, in terms of gaming performance, your laptop is far better than an Xbox One S for gaming . . .
