Spider-Man 3 on Xbox 360 not working?

I bought the game on the 12th of September, 2018 since my birthday was the next day. I got home and inserted the disc into my Xbox 360 (which is about 4-5 years old now, never had problems with games though) and played through the tutorial. Then the opening
cutscene where it showed all the characters played and I skipped it. Then it started to load and my game froze. I tried turning my TV off, didn't work. I tried pressing the home button on my controller, didn't work. The only thing I could do was to unplug
the power cord for my Xbox and try again. This time I went through the cutscene and it glitched right when Peter was about to start talking. I'm not sure what to do now.

you try to check other disk maybe this one is damage

 

Checking the bottom of the disc might show that there are smudging or scratches. You might just need to gently wipe it and insert it again.

 

I have games with more damage on them and they work fine

 

it's not damaged in any way, I just checked

I'm really sorry, but since you've practically ruled out the game disc, the issue must be with the console's DVD drive. If other games also have issues it would confirm this.

You'll either need a repair or a replacement console.

clearing out the cache on your console. Simply head over to your System Settings>Storage>Press the "Y" button>Device Options>Clear System Cache. Let us know if it helps.

Have you cleared the Xbox 360 cache to see if that works out?

 

or it could be that the disc came damaged or the lens is damaged.

 

yeah it didn't work

 

the only bad thing is that it's slightly scratched on the back. I'm able to play the tutorial and nothing else
