    Spent the points but no reward?


    Had a chat online with an agent and they directed me to here instead of 1-giving me my Xbox live gold membership code or 2-giving back my points. Purchased on 6/17/18. Coming to here now. Help me guys since I haven’t had gold SINCE PURCHASE DATE. Thanks.

    Spent thousands but no points for it

    spent thousands of $ but haven' had much rewards but been a steady member of xbox live and xbox rewards for the better part of a decade. Have almost 200 movies and countless games all digital downloads figured I would have alot of rewards.

    Hello jmac4life,

    We see that you have been rewarded for your purchases. Keep in mind that you cannot get Credits for both an offer and MyVIP, so your purchase last month of 7 Days to Die did not Reward Credits.

    You can see a complete history of your Credit and deposit events from the MyStatement on the MyRewards page. You can then use the dates listed for your deposits to see their deposit as currency from your commerce page at (Sign in to your Microsoft account),
    where they will be listed as a refund with a negative amount.

    Yep. did that. They she, Hannah, told me to post here. So for **** and Grins, I did. Not really holding my breath. Just trying to find out the best way to get my XBLG code. Thanks for the reply.

    Not receiving rewards for purchases.

    I thought they had merged the rewards with Microsoft rewards and that you got points per dollar spent in store.

    Microsoft Rewards only has 2 levels. And you are getting the right amount of points per $:

    "When you make qualifying online purchases at the Microsoft Store, as a
    Level 2 member, you'll earn 10 points per dollar spent, plus bonus
    points. Level 2 members with Xbox Live Gold also receive an extra 10
    points per dollar spent, for a total of 20 points per dollar spent."

    Bonus points presumably meaning points from offers etc like the often occuring "spend $30 and get 6,000 points" type offers

    Edit: Ah, I was wondering what the Star bit referred to...Xbox Live rewards accounts became Microsoft Reward accounts back in June 2018. So, you need this page:

    on Microsoft rewards it says I get 1 point for every dollar spent. It says I've gotten 56 points this month but I've spent more than that.
