spent over req amount for missions on apr 1, no gems at all, some credits, no progress on ...

i spent well over the required amount before tax to clear all but achievements on pandemic missions on april 1st, and got the achieves a couple days later. im worried because i spent well over $100 and got no gems at all, got credits for freedom pass and
movies/tv stuff but no progress toward pandemic even tho i did all of it within about 1 hr on the same day. i looked at the faq and it just repeated the "96 hrs" thing, but as it is the 6th now it has been well over 96 hours and still no progress shown, let
alone rewards given. if there is something else i need to know about timing and such, please let me know, and please add it to your faq.

Rewards credits, how do I claim?

I recently completed the pandemic rewards, about two weeks ago, had credits pending (just over 17,000) before the 15th of the month. Nothing was converted and have no button on your rewards page to claim them, yet still show a balance of well over the 5000
credit threshold... How may I convert these please, as I specifically bought items during the pandemic mission to build this reward..

Pandemic Level 1 issues

I am having issues with the level 1 of the pandemic rewards mission. Even though I have purchased over the £32 of eligible content (02 April), the progress tracker is stuck on the 20% marker. Content for level 2 which was purchased on the same day has been
triggered.

Apologies for the inconvenience. It looks like your Wasteland 2 purchase was applied to the March offer (Go West for Rewards). We have updated this purchase to be applied to the Pandemic offer as well. We have escalated your Gem issue to our vault team to
investigate. Once they can provide us with more detail on this offer, we will update this thread.

 

i bought it on the first along with van helsing 2, totalling around 60 dollars, wasteland 2 is 39.99 by itself so regardless of the other price it is over the req amount spent and both are on the list for pandemic. i dont know why it would have shown for
last months thing, but both games were bought on the 1st of this month and both are on the list, and with those plus the 6+ achieves i should have pandemic fully cleared, not 2 points into the first thing only. i see that the avatar items were accounted for
as well, but i cleared the entire mission, not just a small part of it.

 

i bought van helsing 2 on the first as well, and both are on the pandemic list totalling well over $50 before tax, so i dont understand why only 2 slots towards the $40 mark are filled out. i also completed at least 6 achieves after in van helsing 2 so i
have cleared the entire mission. i paid good money and put time and effort into this, please fix it.

The only issue was with your Wasteland 2 purchase. Your other purchase was fine.
